There are a lot of people on Tumblr that I did not know about.</p> <p>It’s really weird doing the stalking for a change, though I can’t say I particularly care about the act in general, whether I’m the exhibitionist or the voyeur. It’s especially fun to see the blogs of the ‘09 kids who just graduated and are experiencing what I experienced at the same time only one year ago, and I can’t say my heart doesn’t skip a happy beat every time I see someone mentioning the fact that they’re a Smokie or going to be an editor next year (do me proud!).</p> <p>The thing that strikes me about all of this is just how little it’ll matter if I just drop off the face of the planet. World keeps moving. People keep growing up, even after I graduate and move on. I can’t say I ever expected the world to stop in its tracks for me, but it’s a strange feeling to witness time moving in front of your eyes. The morality of my existence, found through stalking a blogging platform. Interesting.
